In a world that is constantly changing we need to provide peace and loving guidance to our children, so they can grow into mindful , caring and connected people!

The philosophy of the preschool is a combination of seeing each child as a whole person and evaluating and nurturing each child’s stage of development.
The school, which is play-based and developmentally oriented, will let the children explore who they are and what they can do. The school will also teach the children the value of mindful listening and encourage them to resolve any conflicts with one another.
I am a firm believer in establishing a rhythm for each day, and every day the children will be involved in skills such as painting, finger play, music, and movement.
The rhythm of the seasons will be honored and seasonal festivals will be celebrated. So the child and their families will be held and connected with the rhythm of the year .

The school is a mixed-age group of children from 2 ½ years up to kindergarten age.

Enrollment: you can enroll your child 2, 3, or 5 days per week.
We have 10-12 spaces available each day.

All enrollment will be on a first come first served basis.
We will then maintain a waiting list.

The hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Including lunch.

The Location is very central, south of Washington Bl. and east of Lincoln Bl.

As a native German, Ilka Sternberger and her staff will also offer a German-language program during school hours and after, for those who wish their children to benefit from a bilingual experience.
